Free AI influencer posting schedule planner
Post a quality reel every 2 days, a carousel with music every 2 days and a story every day, after a 7-day warm-up with the AI-generated profile label turned on. That’s the rhythm we teach for an AI influencer’s main Instagram account. Pick a start date and the accounts you run, and this planner lays out her first 4 weeks day by day.

How often should an AI influencer post?
On her main Instagram account: a quality reel every 2 days, a carousel with music every 2 days, a story every day, and a link story every 3 days once the link is in her bio. That’s the course rhythm. Extra accounts post on top of it, at whatever pace your time allows.
| What | How often | Why | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quality reel | Every 2 days | Her best video work, posted from the phone. | Course rule |
| Carousel with music | Every 2 days | Each slide can resurface, and the music puts it in the Reels tab. | Course rule |
| Story | Every day | Everyday-life moments. Save them into highlights. | Course rule |
| Link story | Every 3 days, from day 8 | A light tease and a reason to tap. | Course rule |
| Natural scrolling | 10-20 minutes a day | The account behaves like a person runs it. | Course rule |
| Collab post | Every 1-3 days | Up to 5 collaborators per post, cycling a list. | Planner default |
| Trend post | Every 1-3 days | This week’s trends, fast and loose. | Planner default |
| Threads post | Daily or every 2 days, from day 8 | Two pictures and a short caption. | Planner default |
| TikTok post | Every 1-3 days | Photo posts and dance videos. | Planner default |
“Planner default” means the pace comes from the time you pick: more time, more posts on the extra accounts. The main account keeps the full rhythm at every setting.
What happens in the warm-up week?
Week 1 makes her look like what she is: a new account run by hand. Turn on the AI-generated profile label on day 1, keep the bio simple with an AI note, leave the link out until day 8, scroll naturally for 10-20 minutes a day and post from the phone.
- Day 1: create the account in the app on your phone, with a clean username. Turn on the AI-generated profile label in Edit profile. Bio: her age, her location and a short AI note.
- Days 1-3: look up established creators in her niche and follow, by hand, accounts they follow.
- Every day: 10-20 minutes of natural scrolling, and a story from her everyday life.
- From day 2: reels and carousels start, every 2 days each. Keep them tame: a dress, not swimwear. Photos should look like an iPhone photo a friend took, not a studio portrait.
- Day 4: save her stories into three highlights, for example intro and lifestyle.
- Day 8: after 7 full days of activity, the link goes in her bio and the first link story goes up.
Why run three Instagram accounts?
Each one has a different job. The main account is her real home: quality posts, stories and the link. The collab account trades quality for attention, with up to 5 collaborators on every post. The trend account chases this week’s trends fast, so the main account never has to.
Collab followers are lower quality, but they bring attention. Main-account followers are the ones that count, so that account gets your best work. If time is short, the main account comes first and the extra accounts slow down. That’s what the time setting does. The full system is in how to grow an AI influencer on Instagram.
When should Threads and TikTok start?
Threads starts on day 8, once her Instagram has existed a week. TikTok can start on day 1, but with a different job: you can’t rely on a TikTok link, so her TikTok bio sends people to Instagram. TikTok works better as a traffic source than as a paycheck for her: can AI content be monetized on TikTok? Both need the AI disclosed: on TikTok, that’s its AI-generated content label.
- Threads: public profile, bio “more of me on Instagram”, and suggesting her posts on other apps (Instagram and Facebook) turned on. Two pictures and a short caption, a spoiler blur on the images, replies to viral posts, by hand.
- TikTok: casual photo posts (“bad selfies”) and dance videos made from a dance or pose you have the rights to. TikTok asks for a label on AI-generated content that shows realistic people, under its community guidelines (checked 2 October 2026).
Should you pay to boost her best posts?
Only if you want to, and only after 2-3 weeks of posting. The owner’s method is to boost her 3 best posts at $20 a day for about two weeks. That’s paid reach through Instagram’s own boost button. Bought followers, likes or comments are something else, and we never use them.
The planner puts it on day 15, marked optional. Skip it and the rest of the plan works the same.
What can go wrong?
- The link goes in on day 1. A brand-new account pushing a link straight away is what the warm-up avoids. Wait the 7 days.
- The AI label is off. Since 31 August 2026 Instagram can make unlabelled AI personas non-recommendable. Turn it on before her first post: how the label works.
- Too much, too early. Swimwear and studio-style shots in week 1 read wrong. Start with a dress and photos that look like a friend took them on an iPhone. No cosplay at zero followers.
- Automation creeps in. Scheduling bots, follow tools and browser extensions break Meta’s terms. Everything in this plan is done by hand.
- Five accounts, one hour. You fall behind and quit. Drop the trend account or TikTok first; keep the main account’s rhythm. The planner warns you when the mix is tight.
- Same post on every account. Each account has its own job. A carousel made for the main account isn’t a trend post.

Questions people ask
Can I use a scheduling app or a bot to post?
Not for this plan. The course method posts by hand from the phone, especially in the warm-up weeks, and never uses bots, automation or browser extensions to like, follow or reply. Those break Meta’s terms on Instagram and Threads, and an account that acts like a bot gets treated like one.
Does the calendar file work with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar?
Yes. It’s a standard .ics file with one all-day event per day that lists that day’s tasks. In Google Calendar on the web, use Settings, then Import & export. On an iPhone or Mac, open the file and add it to a calendar. Outlook imports it too.
Do I have to say she’s AI?
Yes. Turn on Instagram’s AI-generated profile label, add a short AI note to her bio, and use TikTok’s AI-generated content label on realistic posts. Since 31 August 2026 Instagram can limit AI personas that skip the label. Rules checked on 2 October 2026.
Is the planner free, and where are my ticks saved?
It’s free and needs no account. It runs in your browser. Your ticks and settings are kept in this browser’s local storage, if it allows it, and never leave your device. “Clear ticks” removes them.
