What this site is
Educational content about building and running AI influencer characters. It isn’t legal, tax or financial advice. Platform rules, model licences and laws change, so check the current versions before you rely on anything here.
No income promises
Nothing on this site is a promise that you’ll earn money. Results depend on your work, your niche, the platforms and luck. Most people earn little at the start.
Your responsibility
- Only create original characters. Don’t use a real person’s face, photos or likeness, and don’t face-swap anyone real.
- Make sure every character is clearly an adult.
- Disclose that your character is AI wherever you publish her, as each platform requires.
- Follow the terms of every platform you use, and the licence of every model you use.
- You’re responsible for what you make and publish, and for any costs you run up on services like RunPod.
Our content
The text, images and design on this site belong to AI Empire unless marked otherwise. You can link to any page and quote short parts with a link back. Don’t copy whole pages.
Our public code repos on GitHub come with their own terms. Check each repo.
Links and third-party services
We link to services we don’t run, like Skool, YouTube, Discord, RunPod and Fanvue. Their terms apply when you use them. Some links are referral links; see the affiliate disclosure.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We try to keep every setting, price and rule current, and every one carries a date, but we can’t guarantee it’s error-free or always online.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
